Working hours

Working hours are regulated by different agreements. Technical and administrative staff have one agreement, while doctoral students, researchers, etc. have another one.

For full-time employment, technical and administrative staff have a 40-hour working week. Standard working hours are 8.00–16.30, but flexible working is possible when tasks allow this.

Teaching staff have annual working hours. For example, someone who has 35 days of annual leave has 1700 working hours per year.

Secondary employment

If you have secondary employment, you are responsible for assessing whether it is permissible. Register your secondary employment in Primula.
